Manufacture of VTK Columns, PSF walls and subsequent assembly into modules take place entirely at Verteka’s UK facility in the South East.

Components are stored in their basic form. Face boards are cut to project size. Internal steel studs are folded and the patented steel connection components robotically attached.  Boards, studs and reinforcement are assembled first into columns or wall panels.  Walls may further be assembled into modules using project specific jigs.  Connections for stairs, landings or decking can be pre-installed.

As an off-site manufactured system, PSF can realise the following benefits;

• Openings and penetrations pre-formed in panel
• Pre-fitting of structural connections
• Partial or substantial attachment of cladding / fixings
• Pre-attach or rapidly post fix E&M components
• Dimensional accuracy compliments interfacing superstructure
